Refund Policy

1. Inspection Upon Arrival

All products must be inspected immediately upon delivery or pickup. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify quantities, color, and condition at the time the product is received.

2. Notification of Issues (5-Day Requirement)

Any claims for:

• Damaged products

• Defective products

• Incorrect items

• Shortages

Must be reported to Navarro Stone Works LLC within five (5) calendar days of delivery or pickup.

Failure to notify us within this time frame will result in the product being deemed accepted, and no refunds, returns, or credits will be issued.

3. Condition of Returned Products

Approved returns must:

• Be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

• Be returned in original packaging

• Be authorized in writing by Navarro Stone Works LLC prior to return

Products that have been installed, altered, or exposed to the elements are not eligible for return or refund.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

• Custom over ordered products, special-order

• Products that have been installed or partially installed

• Clearance or discounted items

• Products returned without prior authorization

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued at the sole discretion of Navarro Stone Works LLC and may be provided as:​

Refunds do not include delivery, freight, or handling charges unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

6. Color and Texture Variations

Cultured stone products naturally vary in color, texture, and appearance. These variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for refunds or returns.
